In the event of a failure ...

Please register for a RMA-number for each return shipment
under E-Mail Address: rma@conrac.de.
A RMA will be generated within 24 hours.
RMA-numbers become invalid after two months.
1. Within the warranty period
If there should be a failure of the product within the warranty period, the repair will be carried out in our service department. We kindly ask you to send the product to us freight prepaid. Following repair, we will return the product to you likewise freight prepaid. Our General Business Conditions apply.
2. Outside the warranty period
Products, which were manufactured and/or sold by us, will be repaired by CONRAC also at expiration of the warranty period. The costs for this are charged to you, dependent on the type of device, either as lump sum or as per actual expenditure.3. General information for return of products
To ensure a smooth and prompt handling, we kindly ask you to register for a RMA-number and so indicate the following details when returning a product to us:
- RMA Number
- Customer Number (if available)
- Contact name with phone number
- Very important: Reason for return of the product

Please make sure that the products are returned in an appropriate packing (polystyrene chips proved to be unsuitable). If applicable, please make sure to use an antistatic packing.
4. Handling at CONRAC
We do our most to handle incoming goods, registration, repair and despatch within 10 working days. However, in exceptional cases (purchase of spare parts, repair of subassemblies only possible by manufacturer, etc.) this period can be prolonged.
