Service

The after-sales service for our customers is one of our most important objectives and is ensured by our well equipped service department which covers 1000 m2.

The separation between the technical and logistic service guarantees short turn-around times, since the service technicians can be concerned exclusively with the repair of the devices.

As manufacturers we have naturally an extensive spare parts depot, in order to accomplish repairs quick, efficient and economical.

The administrative service coordinates all returns, provides status and error reports, cost estimates, etc.
